| Description |

Overlooking a small rio (canal) in the old town, in a typical
Venetian setting, the Hotel Ca' dei Conti is a noble palace
located two minutes (about 250 metres) from the famous Saint
Mark’s Square.
Until the end of 1800, it belonged to the Armenian Sherimann
family, very famous and respected aristocrats in the city,
especially Count Sherimann who made this palace into a Daytime
Home for the poor and, above all, children.
