Pursuant to and in compliance with Law 675 of 31 December 1996, Stik Travel s.r.l. informs its users that the personal data provided at the time of registration to the services related to the management of events, to the purchase of services and/or to the filling out of invoices, do not require the consent of the person concerned as these shall be collected and stored exclusively in compliance with the financial/tax obligations provided for by existing laws, rules and regulations and EC regulations and, in any case, shall exclusively be used in order to make it possible to comply with the obligations arising from the purchase contract entered into and/or in order to acquire the necessary contractual information but only upon the exclusive request of the party concerned (Art. 12, letters A and B of Law 675/96) In particular, Stik Travel s.r.l. informs that the personal data provided by its Clients shall not be circulated for commercial or advertising purposes or for use in market surveys or in interactive commercial communications prior to receiving the Client’s express consent.
