The building which hosts the hotel was built in 1905 and the lovely neorenaissance facade was further embellished in 1914 by a polychrome majolica covering. The inside is furnished with items designed by the famous cabinet maker, Eugenio Quarti, who in those years headed the most refined italian Art Nouveau furniture.

The first three floors are entirely furnished with original Art Nouveau items, the fourth floor has been completely renewed in 2002 and offers a breathtaking view over the Venice Lagoon and Lido.
