CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy applies unless federal, state or local laws, rules, regulations or ordinances mandate otherwise.
- In the event you are given the option to cancel or change a reservation, you will be charged a cancellation or change fee pursuant to the rules and restrictions applicable to the supplier providing the travel related product and/or services you selected.
- A minimum cancellation policy period, which may vary depending on the supplier of the travel related product and/or service you selected, may apply to your purchase.If you fail to comply with such minimum cancellation policy period, you will be subject to a charge or penalty of applicable rates, tax recovery charges and service fees.In the event you do not show for the first day (or night, as the case may be) of your reservation and intend to check-in at a subsequent date, you must notify USA Welcome or its affiliates of the change no later than the date of the first day (or night, as the case may be) of the original reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you may incur.Some suppliers do not allow changes to or cancellations of reservations, in which case you will receive no refund from either USA Welcome, its affiliates and/or their respective suppliers.
The following are examples of our Service, Hotel and Apartment Cancellation Fees.Please note that the listed cancellation fees are not intended to be exhaustive and are subject to change from time to time in USA Welcome's discretion and/or in accordance with applicable local laws, rules, regulations and/or ordinances.Other cancellation fees may apply to other services provided by USA Welcome.
Service(including without limitation to Transfers, Sightseeing Tours, Private Tours, Day Trips and any other service offered on our web sites other than Hotel and Apartment)
The cancellation charges will be calculated as follows:
For any Service reserved through our web sites a 15% Reservation Fee will be applied, this reservation fee is included in your final price and is never, under any conditions, refundable.
If you cancel your service between the date of booking confirmation and up to 10 days prior to the actual date of your service, you will be only charge the 15% Reservation Fee.
If you cancel your service less than 9 days prior to the actual date of service, a cancelation fee of 100% of the total amount of your purchase will be applied.
Hotel Rooms
The cancellation charges will be calculated as follows:
For any Hotel Reservation booked through our web sites a 15% Reservation Fee will be applied, this reservation fee is included in you final price and is never, under any conditions, refundable.
If you cancel your stay between the date of the booking confirmation and up to 10 days prior to the first date of your stay, only the Reservation Fee of 15% of the total amount of your purchase will be charged.
If you cancel your stay less than 9 days prior to the first date of your stay but prior to the first date of your stay, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of two nights' stay will be charged per room.
If you are a no show then a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of your purchase will be charged.
Apartments
The cancellation charges will be calculated as follows:
For any Apartment Reservation booked through our web sites a 15% Reservation Fee will be applied, this reservation fee is included in you final price and is never, under any conditions, refundable.
If you cancel your stay between the date of the booking confirmation and up to 31 days prior to the first date of your stay, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of your purchase will be charged. (The Reservation Fee of 15% is already included in the above cancellation fee)
If you cancel your stay between 30 days and 15 days prior to the first date of your stay, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of your purchase will be charged. (The Reservation Fee of 15% is already included in the above cancellation fee)
If you cancel your stay between 14 days and 11 days prior to the first date of your stay, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount of your purchase will be charged. (The Reservation Fee of 15% is already included in the above cancellation)
If you cancel your stay 10 or less days prior to the first date of your stay, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of your purchase will be charged. (The Reservation Fee of 15% is already included in the above cancellation)
