Hotel Rio is located in the lively Campo SS. Filippo e Giacomo, a small square only few steps from St. Mark's Square and the public boat stop of San Zaccaria.

Some of its rooms were occupied by Antonio Vivaldi, when he lived here. Hotel Rio offers 36 rooms, the majority are provided with TV, telephone, air conditioning, safe, minibar and hairdryer.

Buffet breakfast is served at the close Bar Europa Vini & Caffè, located on the same square.Europa is the ideal place for a quiet break once you get rid of the crowd of St. Mark's Square. Rich breakfast with Espresso, Cappuccino, croissants and sandwiches is served at any hour, whereas aperitifs and drinks may be ordered before lunchtime and dinner.
