• The balance is due 30 days prior to the start date of the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 15 days before the first service: 80% refundable
• Between 14 and 10 days before: 50% refundable
• Between 9 days and the start date: no refund (final sale)

If the package includes non-refundable tickets or services (such as admission fees, events, train or flight bookings), these will be excluded from the refund.
