From the Rialto stop, you need to walk towards Salizzada San Lio (about 3 minutes). While from Venice Marco Polo airport, take the ACTV or ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma (Bus Terminal) and then take the line 1 or 2 boat until the Rialto stop. You can then walk to Salizzada San Lio.
