On arrival at the Santa Lucia Train Station, our friendly representative will greet you at the platform's forefront, holding a personalized sign featuring your name.

Enjoy a seamless transition as they guide you effortlessly to your awaiting water taxi, conveniently located right outside the station. With our water taxi service, travel in Venice becomes a breeze, elevating your journey from simply transit to an unforgettable experience.

Our Water-Taxis always take the shortest route to your destination; however, it is also possible to extend the Ride in order to cruise along the Grand Canal by paying an Extra Fee.

Addition Info & FAQ

Good to know:

  • The maximum capacity of our water taxis is 8 people and 8 pieces of luggage. For parties of over 8, further water taxi must be booked.
  • Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase

  • Luggage: Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one carry-on. In case of additional pieces or particularly large luggage (such as luggage over 23 kg, sports equipment, or golf clubs), a surcharge may apply, to be paid directly on-site. Please inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking.

  • Surcharges will apply for multiple pick-ups

Some Hotels in Venice are ABSOLUTELY not reachable directly by the Water-Taxi, either because they do not have a private Water-Door, or nearby Pier, for the Taxi to dock, or because they are located in really small canals inside the island that are not navigable by the Water-Taxi; Other Hotels are located in areas called Secluded Waterways Zone where the Water-Taxi can navigate only with the right conditions of tide and weather.  If, on the day of the transfer, there is bad weather, low / high tides, etc, and the Water Taxi cannot reach the Hotel, the drop-off will be at the nearest accessible dock and you will not pay the extra-fee.
