Cannaregio is one of Venice's most famous sestieri. Less known by the traditional tourist but with so much to see and do. An excellent area to stay, it offers many local Bacari and Trattorias to experience Venice like a local.

Labia Palace: in San Geremia Square, headquarters of RAI is not possible to visit the interior.
Jewish Museum: From 1st June to 30th September: from 10am to 7pm; From 1st October to 31st May: from 10am to 5.30pm (closing at 17am).
The 5 Synagogues, considered the most beautiful in Europe, can only be visited with guided tours departing every hour, tours are in Italian and English. Hours: every hour from 10.30 am; Last guided tour, from 1 June to 30 September, at 5.30 pm; From 1 October to 31 May, at 4.30 pm.

Abbazia della Misericordia founded in the X sec. With the beautiful field of the Abbey. Next to the Old School of Mercy of 1310.
Cà d'Oro (1430): Fondamenta Trapolin, 3932. Along with Palazzo Ducale it expresses the gothic floral in Venice. Beautiful facade covered with marble.
