WATER TAXI STANDARD
- The maximum capacity of our standard water taxis is 8 passengers and 8 pieces of luggage. For groups larger than 8, an additional water taxi must be booked.
- Luggage allowance: each passenger may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on item.
- Luggage: in case of extra pieces or oversized luggage (such as items over 23 kg, sports equipment, or golf bags), a surcharge may apply and must be paid directly on site. Please notify us of any special requirements at the time of booking.
- Surcharges will apply for multiple pick-ups or additional stops.
LUXURY WOODEN WATER TAXI
- Maximum capacity: 6 passengers and 12 pieces of luggage.
- Luggage allowance: each passenger may bring up to 2 bags.
- Luggage: for additional items or large bags (over 23 kg), a surcharge may apply. We recommend informing us of any special needs at the time of booking.
- Additional charges apply for multiple pick-ups or drop-offs.
PRIVATE ASSISTANCE DURING THE TRANSFER
It is possible to book a personal assistance service to accompany you throughout the transfer, from your arrival point to your hotel reception—or vice versa. The assistant will be at your disposal to coordinate luggage handling (additional charges apply to be paid on site), accompany you on foot (when necessary), and ensure every step of the transfer runs smoothly.
This service is especially recommended when:
- The hotel does not have a private dock for water taxi access
- The hotel is located in a narrow canal area inaccessible by water taxi
- Tide or weather conditions prevent direct docking at the hotel
Note: In case of high/low tide or adverse weather, if direct docking is not possible, disembarkation will occur at the nearest accessible pier with no extra fee. Please always provide your hotel name and flight/train number at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT – Meeting Point on Confirmation Voucher
The meeting points indicated in the tour descriptions may be subject to change due to operational, logistical, or organizational requirements. The exact meeting point, final departure time, and all information necessary to participate in the tour will always be specified in the Confirmation Voucher, which is sent after full payment has been received.The Confirmation Voucher is the only official document valid for the purchased service and must be presented at the meeting point to the guide, tour leader, or authorized staff.
In the event of any discrepancy between the information published on the website and the information contained in the Voucher, the details provided in the Voucher shall prevail. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing the Voucher upon receipt and keeping a printed or digital copy available on the day of the service.
You will receive your voucher via email as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Although most operators now accept mobile-ready E-Vouchers displayed on your device, we always recommend our guests to print their E-ticket and have a paper copy with them.
